“Captain is a retired Amish buggy horse who has very tender feet and gets abscesses easily. He is used for light trail riding now.

 We put Glushu on him for the extra thickness to keep him off the ground.

He also has arthritis and doesn't like the percussion of hammering nails into his feet so the non invasive Glushu is perfect for keeping him sound”
